Cancellation Policy

• Customers must inform us of any cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled car delivery time Refund Eligibility Refunds may be granted in cases of major unforeseen events, including but not limited to: • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters • Medical emergencies, sudden illness, or health-related travel restrictions • Death of the customer or an immediate family member • Flight cancellations, significant travel disruptions, or government entry restrictions • Serious personal emergencies (accidents, hospitalization, legal matters) All refund requests are subject to review and may require supporting documentation Non-Refundable Cancellations Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time • Cancellations due to personal preference, change of mind, or non-emergency reasons • Switching to another provider or finding a lower price elsewhere Refund Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks
