Pristine Vacations (Mauritius) Ltd

1. Bookings & Confirmation

  • All bookings made through the Company are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (unless otherwise agreed under an approved instalment plan).
  • Clients booking more than six (6) months in advance may request a payment plan for specific categories (hotels, villas, and Best-Selling Packages only). In such cases, a minimum 30% deposit is required to secure the booking.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in Euros (EUR), as indicated at checkout.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer or debit/credit card prior to the travel.
  • For instalment plans, balance payments must be settled within the agreed schedule to avoid cancellation.

3. Pricing

  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices, availability, and terms of services (hotels, activities, villas, transfers, etc.) are subject to change without prior notice. All confirmed bookings are governed by the provider’s specific terms, which users should review carefully.
  • Once a booking is paid and confirmed, the price is guaranteed.

4. Amendments & Cancellations

  • Requests for amendments (date changes, name corrections, etc.) must be made in writing to resa@pristinevacations.mu and are subject to availability and approval by the Company or our partners.
  • Cancellation policies differ by service category (excursions, transfers, hotels, villas, packages, etc.) and are clearly indicated under each section of our website.
  • Cancellations made outside the permitted window or due to client default (e.g. no-show, late arrival, missing flights, invalid travel documents) are non-refundable.
  • In case of bad weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues, the Company will offer clients the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all personal details provided are correct at the time of booking.
  • Clients must ensure they meet the requirements of the service providers, which are mentioned in each booking category on the site. (e.g., age limits, travel documentation, health and safety requirements).
  • Clients must have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and comply with all local laws and regulations.
  • For excursions and transfers, clients must be ready at the scheduled pickup point and time. Delays or no-shows will be considered a client default and are non-refundable.
  • For complete details, clients are encouraged to consult the specific terms, requirements, and policies associated with each individual service before completing a booking.

6. Pristine Vacations (Mauritius) Ltd’s Responsibilities

  • Pristine Vacations (Mauritius) Ltd acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, drivers, operators, etc.). We take utmost care to ensure services are delivered as described.
  • However, the Company shall not be held liable for delays, losses, accidents, injuries, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues).
  • Clients acknowledge and accept that travel involves inherent risks and agree to comply with local laws, regulations, and requirements during their use of the services.
  • In the rare event of dissatisfaction with a service, clients must notify us immediately so we can investigate and seek a fair resolution. Cases based on subjective dissatisfaction (e.g. personal preferences or minor inconveniences) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refund terms vary depending on the service category and are specified in the Refund Policy section of our website.
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.

8. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, technical failures, or civil unrest.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.

10. Acceptance

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Terms & Conditions of Pristine Vacations. You also acknowledge that the specific service terms may vary per booking category and will review them before confirming your reservation.
