If available, you will receive an email with a payment link within 24 to 48 hours. Your booking will be confirmed immediately after payment is received. If the requested service is unavailable on your chosen dates, we will contact you to propose alternative dates or similar options.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, but as we make advance arrangements with our trusted drivers and guides, cancellations close to the excursion date incur costs. Free cancellation up to 72 hours (3 days) before the excursion date. 50% charge for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the excursion. 100% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the excursion or in case of a no-show. In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances where the tour cannot operate, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
