Free cancellation up to 72 hours (3 days) before the excursion date. 50% charge for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the excursion. 100% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the excursion or in case of a no-show. In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances where the tour cannot operate, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
