Confirmation Policy
- All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability
- Once your booking request is submitted, our team will verify availability for your selected dates
- If available, you will receive an email with a payment link within 24 to 48 hours
- Your booking will be confirmed immediately after payment is received
- If the requested service is unavailable on your chosen dates, we will contact you to propose alternative dates or similar options
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Pristine Vacations Mauritius
- Cancellation 30 to 21 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
- Cancellation 20 to 7 days before the date of arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
- Cancellations made 6 to 1 day before the date of arrival: 100% of booking cost
- No show: 100% of booking cost
- Unexpected early departure: No Refund
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 15 working days of receiving written confirmation of cancellation
