• All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Pristine Vacations Mauritius
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking amount
• Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before arrival are subject to a 50% charge
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival, or in case of no-show, are non- refundable
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 working days of receiving written confirmation of cancellation
