Booking Policies
Confirmation Policy
All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability. Once your booking request is submitted, our team will verify availability for your selected dates. If available, you will receive an email with a payment link within 24 to 48 hours. Your booking will be confirmed immediately after payment is received. If the requested service is unavailable on your chosen dates, we will contact you to propose alternative dates or similar options.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer. 50% charge for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the transfer. 100% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer or in case of a no-show. For any unavoidable delays or flight changes, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to adjust your transfer accordingly.
