Included in your transfer
- Premium Airport Transfer will be via Jet Prime and will include Luxury transfer to and from the aircraft, hassle free luggage handling, streamlined immigration & customs clearance and smart lounge facilities
Extra services
- The helicopter can be booked on an exclusivity basis and the rate applicable is up to a maximum of 2 passengers
- The price will be EUR 290 per additional passenger

- Life vests are available and should only be used in case of an emergency water landing
- Remove loose items such as hats or scarves before approaching

Booking Policies
Confirmation Policy
All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability. Once your booking request is submitted, our team will verify availability for your selected dates. If available, you will receive an email with a payment link within 24 to 48 hours. Your booking will be confirmed immediately after payment is received. If the requested service is unavailable on your chosen dates, we will contact you to propose alternative dates or similar options.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that a helicopter transfer is cancelled due to technical issues, bad weather, aircraft delays, or any other circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of the Premium Airport Transfer package. As a result, PVM will forward your booking for meet & assist services (including luggage handling, immigration and customs clearance), lounge access, and luggage transfer directly to Jet Prime for them to manage and invoice accordingly. For direct arrival or departure helicopter transfers (between the airport and hotel, or the reverse), once the booking is confirmed and ticketed, any cancellation by the client or agent will incur the following fees: • 50% of the applicable fare for cancellations made from the moment of confirmation and ticketing up to 24 hours before the transfer. • 100% of the applicable fare for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer.
