Once your booking request is submitted, our team will verify availability for your selected dates
If available, you will receive an email with a payment link within 24 to 48 hours
Your booking will be confirmed immediately after payment is received
If the requested service is unavailable on your chosen dates, we will contact you to propose alternative dates or similar options

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Pristine Vacations Mauritius
Cancellation 30 to 21 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
Cancellation 20 to 7 days before the date of arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
Cancellations made 6 to 1 day before the date of arrival: 100% of booking cost
No show: 100% of booking cost
Unexpected early departure: No Refund Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 15 working days of receiving written confirmation of cancellation
